Epolog #2

I had a team from the William & Mary Center for Archaeological Research conduct a subsurface survey with ground penetrating radar.

Given the environmental context and the passage of time we can't expect unambiguous results, but there is indeed a soil anomaly of the dimensions of a burial and with no conceivable natural cause.

It is she.

My inclination is to leave her in peace, but I think a fence might be wise since I too will be 6' under one of these days.
